Welcome to Tiger Football! Summer training is an important part of preparing for the upcoming season and building the foundation for success on and off the field. Players are encouraged to attend all training opportunities and activities throughout the summer.

Summer training includes strength and conditioning, skill development, team-building opportunities, beach workouts, and preparation for preseason camp.

Attendance Expectations
Players are strongly encouraged to attend all summer training opportunities to prepare for the upcoming season. Consistent participation helps athletes improve strength, conditioning, football skills, and team chemistry.
Please communicate any absences directly with Coach Brown.

Conditioning Test
A conditioning test will be administered at the start of training camp. Players should use the summer training program to prepare physically for camp and the upcoming season.
Forms & Requirements
Athletic Clearance
Athletic clearance must be completed before participating in football activities.
